The Sharma Capital Team

The Sharma Team has been in business for over 20 years, beginning their Accounting firm, Sharma and Associates, CGA in 1995.  Further to Accounting and Taxation needs of the community, Sharma and Associates expanded to create Maple Leaf 1st Realty, handing all real estate needs.  Maple Leaf 1st Realty provides services of all buying, selling and leasing of residential, commercial, industrial, retail properties.  As well as strata and property management services for all types of complexes.  Also in partner with Blexo Developments, a real estate development company offering building construction services to the Lower Mainland Community.   

Hari Sharma is President of Sharma Capital and principal of Sharma and Associates CGA.  Hari is a Professional Accountant with over 25 years of experience in Public Practice Accounting, taxation experience.  Hari acquired his Real Estate, Mortgage Broker, Strata Management and Managing Broker licenses and began Maple Leaf 1st Realty in 2000.  Hari has over 22 years of experience in real estate development, management, mortgage financing and has been involved with many construction projects in the lower mainland. 

Satish Sharma is the CFO of Sharma Capital Corp. and principal of Sharma and Associates CGA.  In 1996 he was designated a Certified General Accountant and branched toward real estate development projects with Blexo Developments Ltd.  Satish has over 17 years of experience in the real estate investment, management, finance and taxation industries.  He is active in commercial and residential real estate development since 1992.  He has developed various multi-family projects in the lower mainland.
